Wall Street Journal reports price reduction on Carmel Valley ranch

The asking price of Jim Kirk’s Carmel Valley ranch in California has been reduced to $21.5 million, according to The Wall Street Journal. Oak Ridge Ranch had previously been listed at $33 million.
