San Francisco Chronicle Details California Outdoor Properties Ranch Sale

The San Francisco Chronicle recently detailed the sale of a Bay Area ranch for sale by California Outdoor Properties.

The 50,000-acre N3 Ranch in Livermore spans canyons, trout streams, meadows and oak woodlands in four counties and has 14 hunting camps with cabins, a four-bedroom main residence, employee cabins, and barns and outbuildings. Listed by heirs of a cattle ranching family from Southern California that had owned it for 85 years, the property was bought by an entrepreneur who plans to preserve it.
