The Sacramento Bee recently detailed a San Luis Obispo County ranch for sale by California Outdoor Properties.

The San Geronimo Ocean View Ranch covers 964 acres of rolling grass-covered hills along the coast in Cayucos and is listed for $6.25 million. The ranch is on sale for the first time in 100 years and includes a modest home, barns and outbuildings. A new home can be built under the terms of a conservation easement that keeps the land rural.
