Pine Creek founder featured in Forbes

Stephen Myers, founder of Pine Creek Sporting Club, is featured in the June 28, 2010, issue of Forbes magazine.

Pine Creek consists of twenty-three, 40+ acre ranch sites, 1,000+/- acres of quail hunting fields, dove fields, range facilities that include aviary, dog kennels, a sporting clay course, a rifle and pistol range, a simulated quail flush course, trap field and tower shoots. Hunting includes guided quail, pheasant, and turkey hunts, while white tail deer and wild hogs may be hunted in designated areas and on private land. The community also boasts non-shooting related amenities including 24/7 concierge service, helicopter transport, a tree house restaurant, swimming pools, a private spa and horse stables.

Monte Burke writes:

“It’s not all quail and canoes. Myers is forever making lots of to-do lists to improve the property and its amenities.

‘Occasionally I do sit on my porch, have a cigar and just take it all in,’ he says. ‘This is a great place for me to spend the next 20 years.'”
