Pine Creek, a hunting community located near Okeechobee, offers a furnished cabin with a Florida ranch lifestyle for $1.2 million. The 3,472-square-foot cabin is located next to a lake that holds largemouth bass and panfish. With a loft inside, the luxury cabin can accommodate up to 10 people. The great room and the porch share a two-sided fireplace for entertaining both indoors and outdoors.

Robb Report Exceptional Properties spoke with John Reynolds, sales manager at Pine Creek, who says, “It’s far and away one of the finest and most exclusive sporting clubs in the U.S. When people first arrive here they are amazed that such a remote wilderness location can exist just an hour or so from Palm Beach or Miami.”

Pine Creek, which already has 35 members, will limit its numbers to 70 in order to preserve the land and natural resources, including prime Florida quail hunting fields.

Pine Creek Sporting Club is a private Florida hunting and shooting community. Pine Creek features premier Florida wingshooting, including quail, pheasant and turkey hunting, as well as whitetail deer and hog hunting. Pine Creek also features a  shooting range, including five stand, sporting clays and trap and tower shoots, and equestrian facilities. In addition, Pine Creek offers its members use of its private helicopter. For more information, visit
