New York Times Features Tourissimo Culinary Bike Tours

Elaine Glusac from the New York Times featured Tourissimo’s culinary bike tour of Italy in a recent article. Glusac writes, “Culinary travel is on the rise, but it’s not just food on the menu: Tours are offering deeper investigations into the cultural and geographic factors that surround what’s on your plate.”

The article talks about how Beppe Salerno, the co-founder Tourissimo, “combines his passion for biking with his training as a sommelier in food-focused itineraries.” Glusac also mentions Brooke Williamson, a winner of “Top Chef” and celebrity chef on Tourissimo’s Italian culinary tours.
