Carole King’s ranch in Idaho relisted for $16 million

The Wall Street Journal reports that singer-songwriter Carole King has relisted her 128-acre Idaho ranch for $16 million.

The Robinson Bar Ranch in Stanley, Idaho, includes a recording studio and hot springs that provide heat to the studio and the main lodge.

Stoney Burke of Hall and Hall is the listing agent. Hall and Hall is a ranch real estate company that supports long-term land ethic.
