Moonlight Basin House Is Best of Year for Wall Street Journal, Zillow

A house at the Moonlight Basin community in Big Sky, Montana, has been voted Best of the Year for 2016 by readers of the Wall Street Journal and Zillow Porchlight. The 16,113-square-foot, six-bedroom, six-bathroom vacation house is owned by Marty and Julie Belz of Memphis, Tennessee. It features a private ski bridge allowing access to the neighboring Big Sky Resort. “We had skied Vail, Aspen, Beaver Creek, Deer Valley and Telluride and we just never felt at home in those places,” Julie Belz told Wall Street Journal writer Sarah Tilton. “Big Sky felt more like home to us; it was much more down to earth than the other ski resorts we’d visited.”
