Initiation fee waived at Missoula golf community

The Ranch Club, the premiere family-friendly Missoula golf community, is offering to waive the initiation fee to a limited number of first-time members. For the past several years, the owners of The Ranch Club have been methodically building and remodeling to attain their vision for the community. The additions are complete and the club is making it easier for more folks to come out and enjoy them. The fees being waived represent a savings of $7,500 for golf membership and $3,000 for social membership. To learn more about this offer, contact The Ranch Club at www.ranchclub.com or 406-532-1000.

In addition to the award-winning, championship 18-hole golf course, practice range, and Clubhouse, The Ranch Club has added a new 15,000 square foot, resort-style pool complex; state-of-the-art fitness center unrivaled in the area; screened porch, patio and deck for additional dining options; upper range for short game practice; and the premiere venue for Missoula weddings and events, the Events Barn.

“The vision Colleen and I formulated for The Ranch Club four years ago is now in place,” said The Ranch Club co-founder John Powers. “We are now ready and equipped to share it with more people.”

The Ranch Club offers the golf enthusiast panoramic views nestled within a traditional links-style course. With multiple tee boxes on each hole offering yardages from 5,096 to 7,020, the Championship 18-hole course includes creative design elements and risk/reward shots to create a strong challenge for the scratch player, yet also accommodates the novice.

Vic Williams of Fairways & Greens magazine recently wrote, ““The centerpiece of that lifestyle is a golf course that’s just fun to play… (with) enough strategic variety to engender that all-important, “yeah, I could play this course every day” feeling.”

The Ranch Club is a golf community which sits on a 340-acre scenic swath of land in the Clark Fork River Valley. Conveniently located just six miles northwest of Missoula’s city center and the main campus of The University of Montana; The Ranch Club offers easy access to the considerable events and culture of Missoula while still enjoying the calm of the countryside. At the center of this Missoula property is a championship 18-hole links-style golf course designed by Les Furber. Missoula land for sale at The Ranch Club includes custom homesites and Club Lodges.
